Facility Planning Capital Outlay Training Seminar Set for September
Municipalities that participate in the State Capital Outlay Process should take note of an upcoming Facility Planning Capital Outlay Training Seminar this September. Interested members should register early for this important seminar.
TITLE: 2017 Capital Outlay Training Seminar
DETAILS: The Louisiana State Division of Administration - Office of Facility Planning and Control (OFPC) periodically offers a training seminar on the Capital Outlay process and procedures.
The 2017 seminar is currently scheduled for September and will be held at the Claiborne Building, Louisiana Purchase Room # 1-100, 1201 North Third Street, Baton Rouge 70802.
There will be two sessions available:
Tuesday, September 12th or
Thursday, September 14th from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
If you are interested in having representatives from your entity attend the seminar, please phone (225) 342-0823, or e-mail capitaloutlay@la.gov to make reservations for the class. Your email should include the name of your entity, your preference for the Tuesday or Thursday session, and the name(s) of the representative(s) from your entity. Due to space limitations, we are asking that you initially register no more than two (2) representatives from your entity.
OFPC will be happy to waitlist additional representatives and advise you if additional space becomes available.
