CPEX Releases Blight Report

The Center for Planning Excellence in Baton Rouge is pleased to issue "Reinvesting in Louisiana - Identifying and Combating the Root Causes of Blight." Like blight, the pandemic will greatly impact communities' ability to provide residents access to the things they need to live a healthy lifestyle.
