Hurricane Ida:  Hurricane Ida (August 26, 2021 – September 4, 2021) was a deadly and destructive Category 4 Atlantic hurricane that became the second-most damaging and intense hurricane to make landfall in the U.S. state of Louisiana on record, behind Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

 

LaMATS Drone Imaging Service: In partnership with University of Louisiana Monroe's Unmanned Aircraft Systems Research Lab and the Louisiana Municipal Association, LaMATS now offers a unique service to assist local governments in disaster assessment, topographical mapping, Brownfields documentation and other applications of drone photography and digital imaging.
