A LaMATS Congrats to New ULM President, Dr. Carrie Castille

LaMATS is pleased to congratulate the University of Louisiana Monroe for naming Dr. Carrie Castille, an internationally recognized expert on environmental, agricultural, and energy issues, as its new President in a May 20 announcement. Noting Dr. Castille's former role as USDA State Director, LaMATS' chief Cliff Palmer said the new ULM President was "very instrumental in helping [Louisiana] municipalities manage their renewable resources, and was a strong partner with the LMA."

LaMATS works closely with ULM staff on its Drone Imaging Service and Brownfields Assessment partnership. "We look forward to strengthening our ties with ULM under Dr. Castille's very capable leadership," said Palmer.
