All members of the LACPC Joint Municipal Commission receive free assistance from LaMATS to issue RFP and RFQ solicitations for consultants. Whether you seek professional design consultants like engineers or architects or consultants who work with municipalities and agencies on grants, LaMATS can assist you with specifications, creation of your RFP or RFQ document, publishing your solicitation online, and receiving responses electronically.
