LaMATS Celebrates Central City Hall Grand Opening

City of Central Mayor Wade Evans welcomed LMA Deputy Director Richard Williams, LaMATS Executive Director Cliff Palmer, and numerous local and state dignitaries to celebrate the official grand opening of their new city hall. Mayor Evans and the City Council have worked on this important project for several years, moving the mayor’s office from a modest space in a old strip mall to their new “home” with a modern council chamber and consolidated city offices to better serve the community of Central.
