The Louisiana Brownfields Conference, held next week on June 11 and 12 in Alexandria, will feature LaMATS Executive Director Cliff Palmer in a 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM Wednesday presentation entitled, "Municipal Partnerships: The Value of Strong Local Government Leaders Together in Pursuit of Limited but Attainable Federal Funding."
Following Palmer's presentation, LaMATS expert Brownfields Consultant, Dr. John Sutherlin of the CAID Group and the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM), will share his extensive experience in the 2:45 PM session, "Opportunities for Brownfields Success: Examples and Partnerships."
Don't miss this important conference, hosted by our friends at the Louisiana Brownfields Association and Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, as they share information about "resources to redevelop vacant and abandoned properties in your community." The event includes ample networking opportunities to help develop key partnerships to facilitate your revitalization efforts.
