Important Capital Outlay Requests Message

According to LaMATS Capital Outlay Consultant, James Pupera, a new Capital Outlay Request Submittal website has been rolled out, and you can click here to follow instructions for creating an account. Both the requesting local government entity or NGO and consultants assisting with the submittals must create accounts on MyLA.

If a consultant assists in the online submittal of a Capital Outlay request, Facility Planning will need a permission letter signed by an authorized officer of the local government entity or NGO, granting the consultant access and permission to work on and submit capital outlay request on its behalf. The permission letter should be on the local government entity or NGO letterhead, dated after June 30, 2026.
