Debt Recovery Documents Updated
To assist municipalities with collections of past due utility bills, court fines and fees, bonds and other delinquent accounts, LaMATS offers a no-cost Municipal Debt Recovery Service.
Related program information, agreements and ordinance documents are updated annually. LaMATS released the 2016 documents on its Municipal Debt Recovery program webpage today.
