LaMATS Board President Featured in PBS Documentary

Ville Platte Mayor Jennifer Vidrine, President of LaMATS Board of Directors, was featured along with her city and fellow residents in a Public Broadcasting special that aired earlier this month. The documentary, produced for PBS by The Reel South, describes the city's unique "Tee Cotton Bowl" football game, pitting public and private high school teams (predominantly Black and White in student bodies, respectively) in a celebrated annual contest.
